I am past president and co-founder of Insurance Skills Center, Inc. ISC which was formed in 1977. In 2010 I formed Insight Insurance Consulting (IIC) a division of Insight Consulting and Management, Inc.  I began my insurance career in 1969. Prior to forming Insurance Skills Center my education and experience in the industry included rating, underwriting, issuing, selling and marketing insurance policies. I have worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter for specialty programs, as a retail insurance producer, as a wholesale insurance producer, as an educator and as a consultant to producers, insurance customers and attorneys assisting them on insurance and risk management issues. I have managed two specialty insurance programs for I which assisted in designing the coverage language, formulating the rating structure, marketing and selling the products and underwriting/rating the submissions.

• Rating, underwriting, issuing, selling and marketing insurance policies. I have worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter for specialty programs, as a retail insurance producer, and as a wholesale insurance producer.
  
• Designs and teaches insurance classes in the areas of commercial and personal lines.  ISC has in excess of 200 classes approved for CE.  
  
• Acts as consultant to the insurance industry on policy analysis
  
• Designed the format for insurance internal audits utilized by agent/brokers.  Performs audits in agent/brokers offices across the United States to determine if they have met the standard of care in file management and coverage integrity.
  
• Designs customized procedure manuals for agent/broker offices
  
• Designed testing methodology for insurance personnel
  
• Designed and instructs the AFIS designation program for Farm and Agricultural insurance professionals
